on the first of each month, send this email to the dnc, local candidates, and local news papers:
"establish citizen initiative, through amendment of the federal constitution. i will next vote for the democrat party when this is party policy."
tell your friends, blog about the value of democracy, talk about it on facebook and youtube.
will this work? only if you try. when the dnc starts getting 1000's of such emails each month, they'll start to think. when state candidates notice a fall off in support, they will start to act.
but i'm just one person, what if no one joins me? then no democracy. but the point of democracy is taking responsibility in participating in major decisions of policy. start taking responsibility for your part in management of the nation.
